From swimming lessons to dance and fitness classes to adult sport leagues and arts & crafts, we offer hundreds of recreation programs to keep you busy throughout the year. Ways to Register for Programs
Make check payable to Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation; VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

- Drop off the Program Registration Form to the Monon Community Center (credit card only)
- Call 317.848.7275 (credit card only)
- Mail Program Registration Form to the Monon Community Center East (1235 Central Park Drive East, Carmel IN 46032)
Recreation Program & Event Policies
Program Refund Policy (excludes Extended School Enrichment & Events)
If a class is cancelled by Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation, a full refund will be given. For any other reason, a Refund Request Form may be filled out and submitted at least 7 days prior to program start date. All refunds are subject to approval of the Monon Community Center Division Manager and are subject to State Board of Accounts claim procedures. If approved, a full refund - less a $7 service charge - will be given. NO REFUNDS will be given after that point. Check refunds may take up to 3-4 weeks to process.
Program Make-up Classes
No make-up classes permitted unless cancelled by Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation.
Event Policies
Events include but are not limited to: Tour de Carmel, Family Campout, Barktember, Kids Koncerts, and Movies in the Park. Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change events. No events will be re-scheduled due to weather cancellations. No refunds or exchanges are available for Events.
